Our Story
Restoration Community Youth Home Care Society was established to respond to the growing needs of youth and families navigating social, emotional, and economic hardship. We bridge the gaps, offering structured youth programs and professional home care services designed to restore stability, honor cultural identity, and inspire lasting growth. We are committed to building a safe, inclusive, and culturally diverse environment where every individual feels valued, seen, and supported.
Trauma-Informed Care Program
Our Trauma-Informed Care Program is a structured, evidence-informed service designed for youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, or family instability. We focus on healing rather than punishment, providing a safe, predictable environment where youth can move out of survival mode and into long-term growth, independence, and stability.
Structured & Safe Environment
We provide 24/7 staffed residential care built on consistent, calming daily routines. Rather than punitive discipline, our trained staff use de-escalation, connection, and restorative conversations to manage behavior, ensuring every youth feels secure and supported.
Individualized Mentorship
Each youth receives a personalized care plan and a dedicated key worker. Through one-on-one mentorship, daily emotional check-ins, and targeted life-skills building, we empower youth to develop healthy coping strategies, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility.
Comprehensive Stabilization
Healing is supported through wrap-around care, including educational assistance, mental health therapy referrals, and crisis stabilization. When appropriate, we also facilitate supervised family visits and communication rebuilding to foster healthier family dynamics.
